From there, you can select the color of your hole, and then you can choose your favorite mode. Besides the default mode, two other modes are classic and battle royale.

Either of these modes has different features, challenges, and tasks. The default mode is simple, in which you have to eat the objects; in the classical mode, you are bound with a time of two minutes. If you ate as many things as possible, you won your game. However, Battle Royale offers an endless game experience that finishes when you are the only hole in the map.

Once you select any mode, the game will start, and you will see a small black hole. As the hole size is small, start by eating small or thin objects like street lights, humans, bins, etc. Afterward, you will notice that the size of the hole increases gradually, and you can gulp the entire civilization because the maximum size of a hole is the size of a map. Thus, the bigger the hole size, the bigger the objects you can eat and the higher the chances of defeating opponents.

As mentioned above, you can eat your rivals, too, but that's not the game's primary purpose. The main goal is to eat up the objects to gain points. Eating your competitors is the crucial part of battle royale mode. Furthermore, your hole sometimes may stop eating. Do not worry about it because it only indicates that your hole has eaten extra in a certain time.

It will take a few seconds to respawn again. In addition, Hole.io has a wide variety of maps that offer you a well-cluttered hunger for destruction.
